The shot-blasting principle diagram of the machine and the blasting chamber have been dynamically animated by computer 3D system. This not only avoid the directly stricking of shots onto the room body, but also improve the blasting efficiency and blasting effects.

Introduction

Chamber protection
The chamber is protected with abrasion-resistance plate tightened with protection nutsconvenient for separate and changing.
Shot-blasting MachineWith this series of product installed at the proper position of the room (side face or top face）, different diameters of parts can be well cleaned.
Abrasive recovery system
The machine adopts full-curtain shot-sand-separator, which is composed of separator screen, cylinder screen separator part and hopper. The feeding exit at the funnel of the separator is used to feed new shot into the equipment.
Dust collector system
The system is used to remove the dust produced during the working procedure of the machine and prevent pollution. It is composed of dust collector, blower and connection duct(from the blast room, separator to the dust collector). The pipes are equipped with butterfly valve to adjust the air flow to realize the best working effects of all parts and completely prevent powder release.
